Who We Are

Hreem Legal is a ‘studio law firm’ focusing on corporate, technology and transactions practice, specializing in business and commercial laws. As a ‘studio’ law firm, we advise our clients on the entire spectrum of laws involved in and impacting their ventures. We provide structured, practical and business friendly advice and solutions to our clients with end-to-end support and handholding.

As part of our core philosophy, we see law as an enabler to an organized business ecosystem, and we are committed to support our clients in dynamic and ever-evolving legal and regulatory landscape. We are as passionate about our practice, as our clients are about their ventures. This approach of ours has enabled us to build continuing relationships with our clients.

Our clientele comprises of an exciting mix of innovation and technology driven business across locations in various sectors. Hreem Legal is also associated with several start-up incubators and accelerators as an advisor and knowledge partner.

Our Leadership

Hreem Legal is led by Ashish Porwal. Ashish is a practicing Advocate and a non-practicing Certified Investment Banker. Ashish is also a registered Insolvency Professional (registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India) and a member of the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI.

Ashish is passionate about innovation and business and devotes considerable time on pro-bono assignments focused on promoting entrepreneurship and leadership. He is a regular speaker at several business forums and has also contributed several articles in leading business dailies and magazines.
